Home dietetics/tele-dietetics services are offered to those who require dietary advice within the convenience of a home setting.

This service includes the following:

• Assess nutritional status of the patient including anthropometric measures, necessary according to your case.

• Provide dietary counselling to patients and/or caregivers based on medical nutrition therapy for the management of chronic conditions such as such as diabetes, heart disease, gastrointestinal problems, kidney disease and liver disease.

• Customise nutrition support (oral nutrition supplement) for patient who cannot meet their nutritional needs through a normal diet.

• Review tube feeding based on the current medical condition.
